No specific rules : There are no specific guidelines. The issue is pregnant women have a higher risk of blood clot formation in the legs with prolonged sitting. Simply getting out and walking every few hours is a good idea. Circulation stockings may prevent feet swelling. Not as big of an issue so early in the pregnancy.
