DR???: Did you go to ER or see a DR?? Shower or bath, rinse off daily. Any dirt ground into skin? Sounds like you will be grounded about a week. Keep lubricated. Vaseline or Aquaphor are good. I use Bioclusive or similar clear dressings on these with excellent results. Saran wrap is easy to use but does not breathe.
