No: No, supplementing with Amino Acids does not stop panic attacks -- more is happening in panic attacks than levels of neurotransmitters alone. From your note, ssri's have not helped you -- so your doctor needs to consider other treatments. Tricyclics or maoi's may help instead. Also, you & your therapist may need to re-look at the cbt work you've been doing. Adjustments may be needed.
