Having a tight, sometime warm feeling but mainly tight & sore around my crease of upper groin area. i've been to urologist. test were normal. ideas?

Look back: It's possible that this sensation could be related to your lower back. Depending on which level is affected, symptoms from disc disease could radiate to the groin instead of down a leg. Ask your physician about this possibility.

It could just be: Muscle strain, pinched nerve or nerve inflammation. If all the tests are normal, i won't worry or consider getting a second opinion. Take care!
