My 13 month old son has a big belly. he's quite tall, and still higher percentile for height than weight. no other symptoms. any reason for concern?

Baby belly: Most toddlers have protruding abdomens . The bowel takes up space, abdominal core muscle are not well developed yet and there is lordosis. If asymmetry, mass, pain on palpation or poor eating/ diarrhea /constipation/urine issues that is concerning. f/u/ doc.
