Possible anxiety : You may have anxiety attacks. I suggest for you to try some behavioral therapy to start like slow deep breathing exetcises, doing meditation. If you still have constant attacks, pls see yoir doctor for medication, which can be taken as needed, and another kind to prevent further attacks, this will work well with therapy. Good luck.
