Heel Pain: 4 months is long enough for self-rx, probably time to check in with your family practice or if that doesn't work a foot fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon. If you haven't done a heel cord stretching technique and tried at least 4 - 6 week break from running - you might try that first! wear and tear is much more difficult to cure as we age and if we continue to stress the body.
