Periodontal disease: If you can wiggle your molar it sounds like you have gum disease that is destroying the bone support for your tooth. The pain may mean that the tooth is starting to abscess. This most likely not the only tooth being affected but it is one that is sensitive. 70% of tooth loss is from this disease.
