Avoid constipation : Avoid constipation, do sitz bath ( w or without epstein salt) , do not wipe w toilet paper (instead wash and gently dab), witch hazel, preparation h. Main thing is to avoid constipation and staining. If not getting better w these remedies, see ur doctor. U may have grade 3/4 hemorrhoids and may need more aggressive therapy.
