I m 24 yo male and i have external hemorrhoids for some years now i din t fel much discomfort until recent weeks when i started pooping with a slightly considerable amount of blood can you tell me the cause and treatment?

See a doctor: Assuming that you don't have an underlying bleeding disorder, your age suggests that you have irritated hemorrhoids that are bleeding. I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist for evaluation; if it is just the hemorrhoids, they may be able to band them for relief.
