What could this mean: cancer, pleursey, chronic bronchitus. its a doctors report from my friend attached?

I did not receive th: No reports showed up here. Please have your friend go to her doctor and ask for help from him/her so that she/you can understand what is the nature of the probelm, if any?It is not difficult to tell the difference between bronchitis and cancer(cancer will produce a shadow or growth on chest xray which is not the case with bronchitis).
