Pleurisy: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pleurisy/symptoms-causes/syc-20351863 Was an xray done? pain on palpating the chest? Usually pleurisy is due to viral infection and self limited. If there is fever, shortness of breath, weakness , there may be bacterial infection which if not treated properly can be serious. Do not worry. f/u w/ doc , if feel you are worsening go to ER
