Old school : Pleurisy is an old term. Means pleuritic chest pain (unlike cardiac chest pain) which arises from the inflammation or irritation of the lining of the lungs.

Pleurisy: Pleurisy does not usually travel from one side to another side. Do you get short of breath when you take a deep breath? Did you have any chest infection recently? Do you have other symptoms.? Did you hurt yourself? Any pushing or pulling ..might be muscular!
