Do's and Don'ts: Avoid sharing utensils or kissing if someone has mononucleosis. If you have mono hydrate well, rest, use nsaid’s or tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain/ fever, gargle with warm salt water if your throat is sore & avoid contact sports if your spleen is enlarged.
