A member asked:

Is it true that upper abdominal pain indicative of stomach ulcer or gallbladder problems in pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many things: Can cause abdominal pains. Gas, constipation, gastritis, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, gallbladder, kidney, etc. Just because someone has discomfort does not mean that there is always a physical description as to why the discomfort is there. Sometimes pain occurs with no medical reason.
