Chronic widespread P: Fibromyalgia is a syndrome of chronic widespread pain and allodynia which is increased painfull response to pressure.Its cause is not known involves several factors like envoirenmental, psochological, genetic and neurobiological factors.Its symptoms are pain, fatigue, insomnia, numness and tingling, impaired cognitive functions, joit pain and stiffness, depression&anxiety.It is diagnosed clinically.
