Yes but...: First have an evaluation regarding the breast pain by a physician. This likely will include breast imaging to be done such as a mammogram and/or ultrasound. If there is no underlyling lesions of concern, there are a few things to try. This can include a well fitting/supportive bra, daily vitamin E supplementation, and evening primose oil. There is no guaranteed method.
