Pain s/p bending: Could be back spine pain especially at waist, under breast is not usual though. At 80 may have compression fracture from osteoporosis consider x-ray of spine. Would consider gallbladder exacerbation as well-check with ultrasound, also since you mention breast would check mammogram as well. f/u/ w/ MD
