Benadryl (diphenhydramine): The first drug you try is Diphenhydramine or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) - 50mg to start. You can also get Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream that can be applies topically. If it is severe or you have breathing issues go to the er or call emergency services.
