Facial rashes: I suppose what you mean by allergic reaction on the face by saying you see new skin rashes on the face and you suspect it might be due to allergic reactions. Many things can cause facial rashes. Their natural histories are different. A face rashes can be due to hives, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infection, impetigo, cellulitis... You should see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis and prognosis.
