Cold urticaria: Depends on the reaction. If you have a syndrome called familial cold urticaria it may be part of a spectrum of disease called cold autoinflammatory syndromes or caps. New biological drugs have become available that are dramatically beneficial (though at a very high $ cost). Arcalyst (rilonacept) and Ilaris (canakinumab). There are many articles on the internet. Consider seeing a rheumatologist.
