Several: The most effective treatment for seasonal pollen allergies is prescription nasal steroid sprays such as qnasl, flonase, nasonex, (mometasone) etc. Otc antihistamines such as claritin, Allegra and zyrtec can be helpful for many people. Avoidance measures for pollen are possible but not really practical. An allergist can assist in a personalized treatment plan.
