A member asked:

My physician told me yesterday that i have sacro-iliitis- what are possible causes and how do i cure it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: If it is inflammatory in origin such as seronegative spondyloarthropathies such as psoriatic arthritis you may have to go on immunosuppressive medications to treat this. However; if imaging appears to be more consistent with osteoarthritis physical therapy or injections may help.
