My blood pressure always runs around 106/64 at the doctors yesterday it was 140/110 i wasn't nervous or nothing to cause this what could be the reason?

Your doc will need to follow this up to see if it persists and do some baseline tests.You can do a lifestyle audit to identify items like salty foods or caffeine that aggravate hypertension.
