Varies: Symptoms can vary depending on the stage. There may or may not be pain. A red and white patch. There can be swelling as the cancer progresses. If you feel there is any chance of a cancer, you should see your dentist immediately.

Many: Pain. ulcer, swelling, numb lip or chin, lump in mouth or neck. read or white area. If uncertain, see an oral surgeon for exam/biopsy.
