My 70 yr old grandfather had heaviness in his chest, shortness of breath and upper left leg pain. what could this be?

Cardiovascular : Symptoms may represent poor circulation of the heart ( angina) & leg ( pad- peripheral arterial disease). Recommend a cardiology evaluation to prevent a heart attack. Circulation in the legs will need evaluation as well to rule out clot in the veins ( dvt) due to risk of pulmonary embolism ( clots in lungs).
