Good evening. i had a pain in one leg about a week ago and 3 days later i experieced dizziness and chest pain and shortness of breath. what can be the cause?

ER NOW: You have have a pulmonsry embolus from a dvt in your leg. You need doppler studues of both legs and a Vq scan of your lungs with d-dier and cadiac blood testing, EKG and echocardiogram.
