Ankle pain: Since there is no pain with range of motion or pressure from ambulation, then the causes could be limited however where is the ankle most painful, back, front, sides? Also, describe the pain (burning, throbbing, sharp, etc) if it's the sides with burning pain, may be nervious related. If tiredness and back of ankle/leg, may be vascular related. Hope this helps.
