2different questions: A breast mass does not require treatment, it requires a diagnosis. Please see your gyne or primary care doctor for referral to a breast surgeon. If appropriate, a nonsurgical biopsy can be done there. Breast pain, likewise, requires a comprehensive evaluation for the cause. Once this is determined, we can then focus on how to treat the pain, usually without the need for surgery.
