A member asked:

Is that a myth that soup is healthier than other types of food?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Healthy foods are rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils; and low in saturated fats. Soups can be just as healthy or unhealthy as any other food depending on what you put into the soup.
