Sungazing : i've heard alot of people claim that staring directly at the sun during sunrise or sunset has health benefits.is it true or are these just myths?

Prolonged starring directly into the sun will damage or even irreversibly burn your retinas. Get rid of the friends who claim this absurd and dangerous garbage, do not believe what you read on the internet, or even in the media. Fake news abounds.

Sungazing can be bad and damage your retina if done for prolonged periods. I would not recommend it
