Itchy skin rashes: It is hard to get a diagnosis from your brief description. Plus it would be difficult to know what it is without actually seeing the rashes.. It can be acute urticaria, acute folliculitis or eczema... Treatments are often different for in those cases. In the mean time, you can try otc zyrtec/ or claritin/allergy/benadryl once or twice a day and applying otc topical corticosteroid cream to it.
