Food sensitivities: Does it happen every time he eats, or just with certain foods? Keep a very clear diary of what he is eating when this occurs, and see if you can find a common thread. Remember, it could be a preservative, an oil the food was cooked in, the list is endless. You may need to consider a visit with an allergist if it persists or symptoms other than rash (like cough/wheeze) occur.
