See Dr.: Depending on how long the 'burning is present' etc, the intensity of it, etc. You should see a dr. For an evaluation. If you smoke, stop. Could be inflammation of your lungs from an infection/virus/bacteria, etc. Could be other isues. Get an evaluation to be safe if the 'burning' in your lungs persisits. Best wishes to you.
