Are you ok Now?: If the symptoms lasts for more than 30 minutes and if you have any risk factors for Heart attack( Personal or Family history of MI before age 60, High Cholestrerol.,High BP, Diabetes are the main ones then yo should be in ED. Take Aspirin and chew it. If none of above then may be Anxiety- Panic attack or Allergy or Reflux But these are not emergency
