Get checked: That kind of severe pain without clear injury can suggest something is out of place (dislocated), or something is caught where it shouldn't be, such as a ligament inside the joint being pinched. Both unusual without some injury though. Need more info to make clear diagnosis as fractures, infections, inflammation (bursitis, tendinitis) can also cause pain.

Maybe. The body is usually pretty smart, and pain can be a signal that something isn't right - too much activity, too hard or an injury. Backing off and doing some simple treatments can help decide if it needs physician assessment. Good luck

Even light exercise, especially if it is a new activity can irritate the tendons and ligaments. Those activities would need "happy" biceps and triceps tendons and muscles, so they may be irritiated. Unless not a good medicine for a person, over the counter meds like ibuprofen and naprosyn, along with rest, ice/heat, will usually give relief

See your doctor: Could be a number of things, like bicep tendon rupture, bad tennis elbow, etc. An x-ray and physical exam will help.
