Need more informatio: We need more information to answer the question.First of all what immunization you had at age of 48years, and what do you mean by pulsing in the ear, how long after the shot you had this pulsing and your medical history of medical conditions and any meds being taken pulsing in the ears is not listed as a common effect of immunization shots.
