Is back on track useful for knee osteoaritis?

Maybe not: The website of back on track products for animals and people explains how the products work: they keep the joint a bit warmer. However, they take an entire page to explain it and make it sound really special (always be skeptical about ads that do that). So, if keeping one's knees a bit warmer makes them feel better, then it's ok to try such a fabric product, but only if the price is really cheap.

For some.: It may be helpful for some but not for others depending on the severity of the problem.
