Not enough info :(: Depending on your particular medical and dental history, it's really difficult to say what's going on and you should go see a medical doctor to initially treat the fever. Swollen gums may need to be evaluated after antibiotic therapy for potential periodontal disease. This may not be a very easy or quick fix, so get on it. If you can't get into an md soon, a dentist may be able to help you.
