See a doctor: There may or may not be a correlation between the tongue and your stomach. One possibility is gerd of gastroesophogealrefluxdisease where acid from the stomach is coming back up and into your mouth. It could be candidiasis or a yeast infection on your tongue or other conditions. Please see you doctor.
