Any over-the-counter help for someone with swollen foot?

Depends on reason: A swollen foot could be due to bad veins, injury, infection, airplane flight or long trip, blood clot, heart failure, or a number of other different causes. If simply swollen due to a sprain, resting the foot, raising the foot, applying ice, and wrapping with a bandage can help. If reason unknown, best to be evaluated.

Depends on cause: If from an injury then compression and ice should help. If not from injury then you need to see a doctor.

Swollen: The cause of the swelling needs to be determined first. As stated , it can be a number of different things and self diagnosis is always a bad idea . See your podiatrist for an evaluation and treatment plan .
