CHF or venous stasis: If just your feet get swollen, you may have early and mild congestive heart failure, or you could have deep vein incompetence. Elevate your feet for 15 minutes after being up and the feet start to swell. Speak to your doctor for a cardiac exam and , possibly, venous doppler studies. Good luck.
