Do you think i should go to school tomorrow with an ear infection?

Depends: The ear infection is not contagious to others so that is not an issue. Whether you will feel well enough to engage in class and learn anything productive is a separate issue. Some schools will hassle you for any missed days, so in balance, consider how you feel and go if you are up to it.
