Get it evaluated.: Hip pain does not occur as a result of labor. You probably have lower back or pelvic pain. This should be evaluated as injuries to the pelvic joints during labor can be very painful and persistent. See an orthopedist.

Not normal: Hip pain (true hip pain) is not normal.
