Several: ? which symptoms remain when fibromyalgia left untreated. Sentinel symptoms are chronic widespread pain, restless sleep, chronic fatigue, confusion & depression. FDA approved meds are non-opioid pain meds touted to relieve pain & Cymbalta (duloxetine) approved for depression. None proven to ameliorate unrefreshing sleep, which elicits depression, fatigue & fibro fog; for which complementary therapies useful.
