Angina: Angina is the symptom chest pain caused by coronary artery ischemia. An ECG taken while angina is occurring will often be abnormal with characteristic findings.

I am able to exercise 7 days a week no problem. I walk up stairs and my heart beats fast. Saw a cardio, and I had EKG done which was normal. ECG done also normal. I sweat when I get excited or stressed. IDK what is going on. Perhaps Angina IDK though?
