will a 3 lead single channel ecg 24hr holter be able to show myocardial ischaemia in someone who gets angina?

Possible: if the leads are placed in the correct position but a NEGATIVE STUDY does NOT exclude cardiac ischemia completely. It's certainly worth the study however. Dr Z BTW an EXERCISE test may be the most reliable way to proceed
