Confusing question: I am not aware of any ovarian cancer vaccination. There is 2 for strains of hpv that are a cause of cervical cancer.It contains no live virus but the 3 dose series is not recommended during pregnancy.If the series is started and someone realizes they are pregnant, the rest of the series is delayed until after delivery. This is more out of caution than a specific issue with the vaccine.
