A member asked:

What to do if i think i have severe bipolar disorder.. how can i talk to my mom about it?

Get diagnosed: I would first schedule an appointment with your doctor. There is a possibility that you may not have bipolar disorder. I would still talk to your mom about it. Be direct, honest and express your concerns. She may be able to help by providing more of a family history on the subject. She can also be a good support.
