If you think you : Have a problem with alcohol - then you most likely do. You can start with alcoholics anonymous. It is free and confidential. Look up aa on-line or in the yellow pages. Also work on getting a sponsor (even if it is just a temporary sponsor for now). Consider working with an addiction medicine specialist. A psychologist, a psychiatrist or a therapist are fine but the base of a good program is aa.
